Welcome Fishing Contestants!
Welcome to the 18th Annual Miami Beach Police &
Firefighter Fishing Tournament 2009 fund-raising event. All tournament proceeds will go
to benefit the University Of Miami Burn Center and Miami Beach
Police Athletic League (P.A.L.).
The tournament will kick off with The Captain's Meeting at
Miami Out Board Club (M.O.C.),1099 Macarthur Cswy,Miami on Thursday, June 11th, 2009 at 5:30pm. Lines
will hit the water on Saturday, June 13th, 2009 at 6:30am and will
end at 3:00pm. Weigh-in will be at the docks of Monty's On The Beach
with a cut off time of 4:00pm. The tournament dinner will be held at
MOC following the weigh-in with the awards ceremony
immediately following the dinner.

All anglers must be sponsored by a Miami Beach
Police Officer or Firefighter and must be registered in order to
participate in the event.
Eligible fish species are limited to Dolphin, Kingfish and
Grouper Snapper. There are 7 prize categories for: Heaviest
Dolphin 1st through 4th place, heaviest Kingfish, heaviest Snapper and Top Junior angler.
We look forward to another year of great fishing and fun in the sun
and hope you will come out and help support this fund-raising event
with us.
