Some items may be ready for immediate pickup and others may be mailed out or picked up at the Miami Beach Police Department.

Responsibility of Registered Anglers

Boat captains are responsible for their vessel and passengers at all times.  All participating anglers MUST be registered with the tournament.  Any unacceptable conduct ashore or at sea during tournament by any registered participant will not be condoned and may be grounds for disqualification by the Tournament Committee.  The Tournament Committee may evaluate any catch to verify its legitimacy into the tournament.  Any eligible catch not deemed to be fresh caught by the Tournament Committee will be disqualified and the responsible team may also be disqualified from any and all prizes.

Release of Tournament Liability

It is expressively understood that all participants of the Miami Beach Police and Firefighters Fishing Tournament enter at their own risk and that the FOP, IAFF, MOC, Committee Members, Tournament Director, and all persons connected directly or indirectly with this tournament shall be exempt from any liability for libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury, or death suffered by any participant, entrant, fisherman, guest, vessels, and equipment which may occur during this tournament.
